Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets are processed at an average of three (3) minutes. ATM88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ATM88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ATM88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your personal devices.
ATM88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure by ATM88 for cause, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture where the closure relates to fraud, breach of Terms, or illegal activity. In all other cases, verified balances will be returned to the Player through the appropriate payment channel.
